a strength-forward, high-intensity reformer method designed to challenge, support, and evolve your training over time. Sessions are precise, intentional, and built to create real progress.
Complementary Movement
Mat Pilates, yoga, and barre support the work —
offering balance, mobility, and control alongside XFormer training. Each discipline is programmed to complement strength, not compete with it.
